Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Line Cook at Kamsar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and specifications. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and collaborating with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. This role will be primarily based in Prayagraj, but some remote work may be allowed.

Qualifications

Experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role

Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Flexibility and adaptability

Experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus

Formal culinary training is preferred
