Sp Plus is looking for someone with great computer skills as this position will be in the office working through a parking control center and assisting staff and parkers in person, phone and email by researching info within the parking control system.

Shift would be Wednesday through Sunday 3pm to 11pm

Responsibilities

Issue parking permits to qualified individuals

Collect payment for parking permits

Input parking permit information into the computer system

Answer questions and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age

Cash handling experience required

Basic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office a plus

Strong customer service background

Ability to problem solve

Ability to communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures

Able to work well with co-workers in a close, fast-paced, high-volume environment, but also have the ability to work independently

Must be able to stand or sit for entire shift
