Job Profile Summary

In this role, the successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the implementation of a Medicaid system. They will conduct intricate analyses of business goals, objectives, and the overall business environment to align information technology solutions with multiple, complex accounts. Serving as a subject matter expert, the individual will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical personnel. This full time, remote position.

Essential Job Functions

Collaborate with project contractors, site Training Managers, and clients to identify training needs, target audiences, training schedules, and delivery methods.

Provide support for provider training delivery or facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for site account staff to train the provider community.

Assist contractors in training and preparing operations/site staff for go-live, ensuring proficiency in operational desk-level procedures. This may involve conducting webinars or traveling to account sites for in-person training.

Develop comprehensive eLearning videos and training materials as integral components of the training program.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of business analysis experience.

Experience collaborating with functional groups within an organization.

Familiarity with relational database concepts and CMS concepts is preferred.

Knowledge of Training methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.

Experience with Adobe Capitvate for instructional design, a plus.

Basic eLearning authoring experience.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple facets of a project and support multiple subsystems.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with customers and team members.

Presentation skills for addressing both management and customers.

Effective leadership skills for coordinating, overseeing, and leading team/project members.

Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software.
