Planogram Specialist

Job Description

As a Planogram Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing planograms to ensure the visual arrangement of merchandise is optimized for sales. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design planograms in accordance with merchandising strategies and store specifications.

Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, and store managers to gather product information and retail space dimensions.

Use planogram software to create visual representations of shelving and product placement.

Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of current product placements and make adjustments as needed.

Conduct store visits to ensure planogram compliance and to gather feedback from store teams.

Train store employees on new planogram layouts and merchandising standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve planogram designs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Planogram Specialist or in a similar role in retail merchandising.

Proficient with planogram software (e.g., JDA, Spaceman, or similar).

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel to store locations as required.
