Our client has been a leading provider of secure and resilient technology infrastructure and secure mission facilities worldwide. We engineer, install, maintain, and upgrade secure mission-critical information technology, telecommunications infrastructure and facilities for government and select commercial customers. Our work includes professional engineering across multiple domains, design, and installation services for ISP, OSP, Data Centers, power systems, mechanical systems, wireless networks, electronic security systems, and specialized secure infrastructure-related construction.
Job Duties:
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the Federal Government and other assigned prospects
Collaborating with Engineering, Proposal and contracts teams to develop effective technical solutions and winning bids and proposals.
Relationship Management with new clients and existing as assigned.
Utilizing internal tools to manage pipeline and other reporting requirements
Other duties as assigned.
Travel as required.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
General understanding and or experience with mission critical technology infrastructure systems and products. These may include telecommunications, power solutions, mechanical systems, data centers, electronic security systems and other related components
Experience with government contracts and procurement as well as Government missions and systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of customers, employees, and vendors
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic and drive
Education / Certification / Job Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or industry equivalent experience considered
Experience with Government and National Security Customers
Ability to secure and maintain Department of Defense Security Clearance
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug and background) and have a valid driver’s license
