Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Columbus, Ohio team on second shift.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, supervising maintenance staff, conducting troubleshooting and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and production standards.

Qualifications

Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Production Maintenance

Supervisory Skills and experience managing a team

Experience with Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred

Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
