RF & Electrical Engineer

Focus:

Lead the design and development of complex RF systems, ensuring technical requirements are met with precision and efficiency.

Engage in end-to-end project management, from initial concept through to production, ensuring high standards and timely completion.

Implement and refine product testing procedures to guarantee optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Participate in cross-functional collaboration, contributing technical expertise to ensure seamless integration of RF systems in various applications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying agile and lean methodologies to enhance engineering processes.

Play a key role in technical decision-making, offering insights and recommendations to shape product development strategies.

Skill Set

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.

10 or more years of experience in RF and electrical hardware design.

Demonstrated knowledge of RF theory, system design, and signal management.

Proficient in modern circuit simulators (e.g., ADS, AWR) and high-frequency structure simulators (e.g., HFSS, CST).

Solid understanding of PCB design software and RF test equipment.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear technical guidance.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
