Mission:

Leads the regional sales team for one face to the customer related to demand side activities in a Region including responsibility for budgets and targets. Acts as divisional representative when addressing customers and other stakeholders in respective Region. Drives geographic and channel growth, in line with business strategy.

Main Accountabilities:

leadership: Generates demand in the market that creates growth in line with the business strategy by ensuring businessdevelopment and sales activities in the regional market.

targets: Ensures achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focuses on achievement of region orders, gross margin%, operating cash flow, Overall customer satisfaction.

relations and quality: Builds and maintains strong personal relationships with existing customers and other stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction level and develops new customers to generate growth. Strengthens customers’ perception of a Dodge Industrial that is easy to do business with.Is the voice of the customer internally, proactively raise awareness and ensures proper action towards product quality improvement.

and sales: Drives Marketing and Sales in the regionalmarket, including product/ system/ solution launches. Drives sales efficiency and effectiveness locally.Ensures a balanced growth throughall product lines/Product Groups/Business Units. Creates demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a valuebase selling approach.

Shared services: Ensures agreed service levelsare maintained through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales, as well as shared platformsand tools.

Safety and integrity: Implements Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations in the region in the area of responsibility. Personally lives the Dodge Industrial values and RBC Group standards.

People leadership and development: Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Buildsan effective, capableand high performing organization. Develops talent, appoints managers and reviews effectiveness.

Challenges:

Develop new Channel Partners network in the regions.

Develop new direct serial and projects OEMs & Large end user accounts.

Develop the large end user preferences

Promote the brand to generate market pull

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering.

Degree in Business management.

15+ years’ experience in sales of the mechanical power transmission products & People management.

Fluent in English - written and verbal; Self-motivated.

oriented, with ability to multitask & manage organizational complexity.

cross functional collaboration skills & experiences

Technical skills in mechanical power transmission products.

Technical skills to include a hand on experience on sales on mounted bearings, enclosed gearing, couplings, pulleys and other PT components, products mainly used in heavy industries like Metals, Mining, Cement, Paper, Power, F&B etc

Computer skills: MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto-CAD, SAP, Sales Force, Social Selling and Digital marketing.
