Role Description:

We are looking for a Sales engineer - technical support representative which should include emphasis on Customer First, Working Backwards and TPS philosophies. Acting as a trusted advisor and valued partner, you'll strive to provide a personalized and effective customer experience through innovative problem-solving. Collaborating closely with customers, you'll aid in fostering business growth while ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the myKaarma Support team. The Sales engineer - Technical Support Representative will be responsible for the following:

Promote sales to existing clients

Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services

Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support

Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment

Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services

Resolve product and service related problems

Troubleshoot problems related to equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

Train or assist in the training of other workers

Recommend products or services to customers

Provide consultative services to translators, interpreters and technical writers

Supervise other technical staff

Required periodic weekend shifts

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience at a SaaS company (Required)

Experience at an Automotive SaaS company (Preferred)

Experience with Jira/Zendesk/SalesForce/Intercom/Android/iOS/Windows

Bachelor's Degree (commitment, dedication, & poise will be considered even if no degree)
