Overview The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Business Process Improvement department with program administration, project management, and departmental administrative functions, as well as providing direct support to the department Director.

Schedule: FT, Benefits Eligible, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.

Some flexibility with start and end times Location: Hybrid.

Responsibilities * Support all staff in project management for projects and educational training programs.

Duties include: data collection and management, database management, communication, documentation, managing meeting and room scheduling, event coordination and logistics, and materials preparation.

* Manage the administration of select programs as assigned by department Director.

* Lead departmental administrative functions such as ordering and maintaining inventory, managing departmental calendar and intranet sites, and assisting with financial and HR processes.

* Analyze and evaluate departmental operations and implement interventions to increase department operating efficiency.

Qualifications Education: * Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with SharePoint and advanced Excel formulas/functions preferred.

Experience: * 5+ years administrative experience, as well as 3 - 5 years of project or program coordination preferred.
