Role: Salesforce Test Analyst

Work Location: Sydney / Melbourne.

Role type: Full-time / Contract

Salary range: A$ 80,000 - 120,000 + super (based on relevant experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, features, and integrations.

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects and issues, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Conducting functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure a seamless user experience.

Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into effective testing strategies.

Contributing to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation and artifacts.

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Skills & Experience required:

5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.

QA Expert in the Salesforce.com platform.

Proficiency in Salesforce testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks specific to Salesforce, such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or equivalent.

Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows, and Validation Rules.
