This job required to do the below activity.

Spares Handling - Spare issue / receipt / Followup

Follow the complete process of Spares Handling including register maintenance, taking snap, uploading, sending mail, filing the document, and followup.

Excel knowledge is must .

Should be able to communicate in English.

Mail sending / attend to customer call and handling escalation.

Complaint handling, assigning the compliant tickets with engineers, following up with the engineers, updating the status in system, following up with all stake holders, sending / answering the calls, making reports, attending review meeting

Taking full ownership on calls management, escalation & spares management.
