Sales Representative (Commission-Based) - GRPHX Zone

GRPHX Zone is revolutionizing the creative industry with its subscription-based design service, providing unlimited graphic and video designs at a flat fee. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team on a purely commission-based role.

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at GRPHX Zone, you will be responsible for acquiring new subscribers to our design services. Your role will be critical in driving our expansion, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential subscribers within the specified markets.

Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to introduce GRPHX Zone and our services.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing of deals.

Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Compensation:

Commission Only: Earn a 10% commission on the subscription fee for each client for the first 6 months of their subscription.

Performance Bonuses: Increase your commission to 15% for landing more than 10 accounts, and 20% for more than 15 accounts within any monthly billing cycle during the first 6 months.

Ideal Candidate:

Nationality: Philippines, United States Citizens (Texas, Florida), India

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, design services, or SaaS.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to self-motivate and work independently.

Experience in working with CRM software.

Familiarity with the digital marketing and creative industries is highly preferred.
