Your role:
Can you lead and motivate others in a LEAN environment with focus on quality and continuous improvement? Have you experience with driving LEAN projects and are you a hands-on production leader who wants to have a central role in the development of production? We are looking for the position of production manager for the daily management of production employees and the development of our JEM culture (JELD-WEN Excellence Model) in our Rakvere site.
What your impact will be:
To ensure production according to plan/orders
To ensure product quality according to quality standards
Material and manpower leading
Draws up long-term and short-term plans according to assigned targets
Controls and organises projects assigned to the department
Prepares reports and other project documents
What you'll need to succeed:
Wood processing/ Technical education (Bachelor) and/or experience in foreman position at least 3 years
Knowledge and knowledge in LEAN production
Planning and delegating experience
Communication skills
MS Word and MS Excel competence
Oral and written English in good level
Russian in sufficient level
