Responsibilities:

The individual selected for this position will support the Customer's organization responsible for cyber activities, analysis, and reporting. This includes providing Front Office Project Integrations (PI) and Executive Officer/Action Officer support.

Responsibilities include, but are limited to the following:

Be the focal point for responding to taskings/actions assigned to the Division; track all incoming actions to closure; coordinate with Divisions/Branches and across the Group to ensure timely delivery or coordinated responses.

Work closely with the Front Office to support other high-visibility projects and activities.

Support the Group Chief and Deputy, as necessary, by providing background information and material in support of mission-related activities and briefings.

Collaborate/coordinate with Center-level action and communication offices, as necessary.

Assist with meeting preparation; provide background and reference information and materials; facilitate meetings, as required.

Provide back-up support to the other Front Office personnel, as necessary, for logistics, office management, etc.

Ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data.

Qualifications:

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7

Demonstrated Action Item Management expertise-tracking, coordination or responses, reporting/metrics, etc, expert knowledge of Customer's TaskIt is a plus.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills; ability to quickly evaluate incoming taskings and identify potential impacted components.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.

Analytic skills sufficient to analyze complicated and/or sensitive information to address moderately complex mission-related issues.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities on a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding organization skills.

Demonstrated business and political acumen.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool Suite.

Self-starter; proactive, can-do attitude.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
