Job Responsibilities: * Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency * Collaborate with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and industry standards * Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components * Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations * Test installed HVAC systems to verify functionality, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering maintenance tips * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment * Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program preferred * Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components * Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals * Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and customer service abilities * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits: * We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, with little to no out-of-pocket cost * 401(K) with a company match * Company-paid Long Term Disability Insurance * Company-paid life insurance policy * Short term disability and voluntary life insurance * Paid Vacations, Holidays, and Sick days F.H.
