IsI is seeking a technical recruiting coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis, to support hiring needs for our MSP and Software Development divisions. The coordinator will work with the Human Resources Coordinator and report to the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees, focusing on technical roles to include software engineers, systems engineers, cybersecurity, IT support, IT compliance, and others as needed.

Create or format job descriptions and job postings.

Source candidates by using databases and social media (LinkedIn).

Interview candidates on the shortlist and maintain a database on employees for future vacancies.

Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.

Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.

Maintain internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation.

Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.

May assist with non-technical roles as needed.Qualifications:

United States Citizenship required.

At least 2 years of proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter.

Good ethical judgment and the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

Experience in a technical recruiting or human resources administrative role.

Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Effective planning, organization, and priority setting.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Exposure to labor laws, regulations, and DEI initiatives.

Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.

Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone screening.Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in human resources or related field, or PHR/SHRM-CP certification, or equivalent work or military experience.

Experience with JazzHR or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preference given to candidates located in Eastern time zone or are available between 9am and 3pm EDT.What we offer:

The salary range for this role is $32-35 per hour

Contract up to 6 months, with potential for conversion to full time employment
