Technical Support Specialist

**What you’ll do:**

The Nordic Zone in Eaton will establish a satellite support center in Tallinn, that will be developed to contribute to the Zone in various areas. It will help Eaton increase our resource base by creating a resource and competence center for the Nordic zone.

As **Technical Product Support Representative** you will:

+ Support the process documentation and knowledge sharing sessions, tools deployment and contribute to increase the customer satisfaction and the technical knowledge within the team.

+ Provide technical support (hardware and software) related to EATON portfolio for a defined product division via phone/email/webchat

+ Assist customers to resolve hardware & software issues which might involve escalations to L2 and above technical support engineers, R&D and Product Managers

+ Drive customer loyalty through quality of service, improved value and through a high performance culture

+ Support the local sales organization and customers in areas such as technical and commercial assistance, technical guidance, documentation, compliance with standard, comparison with competitors portfolio, product or assortment specific questions.

**Qualifications:**

+ Fluent level of any of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) is required

+ Background in electrical field and relevant working experience in product or technical support area

+ Experience with SAP

+ High level of customer support mindset

+ MS Office literacy
