About the Role:

myAgro has an ambitious mission, and we are looking for an equally ambitious and skilled HR and Talent Associate - Field . As an HR and Talent Associate- Field at myAgro, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing consistent support throughout the candidate and employee journey for the Field team. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the business, collaborating on projects and providing guidance on HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies. This role is based in our Bamako, Mali office and will report to the HR Manager.

Approximately 40-50% travel to rural areas is expected.

You Will - key responsibilities but not limited to:

Collaborate with Sales and Agriculture teams to recruit field team members.

Identify, attract, and select qualified candidates for open positions, and manage recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with myAgro’s requirements

Oversee employment contract completion, ensuring legal compliance.

Provide HR support to field team members on matters including benefits, payroll, and procedures.

Assist field leaders in implementing onboarding plans for new team members.

Ensure teams adhere to performance management procedures and maintain quality standards

Actively listen to team members, address concerns, and ensure action and resolution in liaison with the Bamako office.

Support training and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations

Participate in development of HR KPIs, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements

Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc projects to support the HR team.

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent professional experience

4+ years experience as an HR representative or equivalent capacity

Strong HR acumen, drive and understanding of employee lifecycle and HR protocols

Knowledge of employment laws and common practices; experience with Malian Labor Law and Employee Code

Experience working in rural areas; frequently engaging with teams in the field

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems (PaySpace or Bamboo a plus)

English, French proficiency required; Bambara proficiency preferred
