Purpose of the job
With the implementation of Principal-Agent business model in Cambodia, our Finance department is currently looking for committed Compliance Officer(s) ensuring smooth implementation with all of our agents and distributors nationwide.
Key Accountabilities
Agent Relationship Management
Proactively work with Distributor Management, Sales and Analytics and Finance teams to fully understand and implement the policies and other key accountabilities set.
Ensuring that regular deliverables are completed and communicated to the right stakeholder, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy of these deliverables.
Effectively support the agent/distributor’s owner to fully be fully aware of Heineken Cambodia’s policies and procedures, to ensure delivery of expectations as set-forth in the agreement
Provide and ensure on-time communication for any further updates to be informed to all the distributors and vice versa.
Communicate and work with Agents/Distributors on identified points for improvements and Company policy and stock management updates
Controls Monitoring
Check Agent/Distributors warehouse operation quality and data accuracy
Conduct physical regular and surprise stock count and ensure stocks at agent’s warehouse matched with stocks recorded in DIS system.
Perform sample testing and review stock movement against the system data, and review the stock advance and stock advance clearance as well.
Review and release gratis, sales return and gratis return requested by agent
Check RPM and other company assets at the agent’s/distributor’s warehouse/office
Continuous Process Improvement
Driving a culture of continuous improvement, by benchmarking with other Opcos, and innovation. P&CI builds process improvement capabilities through training and providing relevant guidance and materials.
Responsible for supporting the Opco management in delivering process improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting, outcomes of the processes for all the agents.
Embeds a process improvement culture, drive process and control improvement and realise benefits.
Compliance Management
Update regularly the Compliance Supervisor on any arising issues of the assigned warehouse and ensure end-to-end communication with no leakage information. All issues should be log in the central location and needs to remediate timely.
Participate in monthly meeting(s) and other required trainings set forth for the team and the organization.
Key Knowledge and Experience
College graduate of any course relevant to the role, with relevant training or courses relevant to accounting or auditing (preferred but not required)
At least one year of experience working with the exposure to accounting/stock-counting is preferable
Excellent speaking and writing in English and Khmer language
Able to use Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint .
