We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to delivering top-notch dental services. A Day in the Life of a Schedule Coordinator at Smile Makers
Arriving 30 minutes before start time to be ready to go at 10 AM
Working with a driven team of general Dentists, Specialists, and other Dental Assistants
Caring for patients who are in all surrounding of Northern Virginia
Scheduling patients to efficiently meet production goals
Collecting balances from patients
Presenting treatments plans and financial arrangements
Coordinating between insurance verification teams
Coorinating with call center team members
Answering phone calls and follow ups within regular business hours
Following up on large cases to aid patients in financing options
Working in an office that is diverse where the team altogether speaks more than 10 languages!
Treating every patient like family.
Seeing between 25-50 patients each day
Interfacing with patients through phone, email, and other platforms in a professional manner
Multitasking between different roles at the same time
Assisting with all administrative tasks.This role is for you if
