Our Firm, is currently looking to increase our National Family Immigration footprint. If you are a newly licensed attorney just starting out or an attorney that has desired to learn about Immigration Law, and are seeking to start your career with an upwardly mobile firm, one that offers professional growth and job stability, than this is the opportunity for you.

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Immigration Attorney in Puerto Rico. We are in need of reliable and dedicated candidates that are willing to train with our National Immigration team remotely. Candidates may participate in travel for litigation in EOIR court should the occasion arise. Only serious candidates need apply.

Job Summary: This position requires a self-starter with desire and discipline to work remotely. You will be tasked with learning all aspects of Family Immigration from one of our seasoned attorneys. You will find that this will not only be challenging work, but rewarding, as you assist your client(s) with their legal needs. Work Schedule will be Sunday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.

As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will have regular contact with your clients and be able to communicate promptly at all times.

As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will manage case files in an effective and organized manner demonstrating productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate with be entry level or without perfected Immigration experience, Licensed as an Attorney with some Family Immigration education or rudimentary experience.

Experience Microsoft Office, Outlook and "home office" technology is required.

Must be willing and able to travel to jurisdictions within the US

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Education and Other Requirements:

JD from an accredited Law School

EOIR experience a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills

You must possess the ability to handle a high-volume caseload

Demonstrated attention to detail

Responsible, reliable and self-starting
