As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive military industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
You’ll provide subject matter expertise in support of Intelligence and Joint Fires JADC2 problem sets. You’ll work with software developers, engineers, and other product owners to provide solutions to both Government and Commercial customers. You’ll leverage your intelligence community and joint targeting background to analyze operations systems and configuration, enable system needs, develop data solutions, and interact with internal and external stakeholders on customer needs in development of data transport, processing, and sharing for JADC2. You’ll take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help the firm grow its business. You will use your experience to aid in the development and experimental execution of scenarios that stress JADC2 systems and assist with the collection and analysis of after actions and lessons learned information that will be used to develop and deliver JADC2 capabilities of the warfighter in a high operation tempo experiment cycle.
You Have:?
10+ years of experience with the operational Joint target cycle
Experience with maritime component fires systems
Experience with maritime command centers
Knowledge of capability gaps in the dynamic and deliberate targeting processes
Knowledge of JADC2 objectives and goals
Knowledge of DoD exercises or experiment development and execution
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
