Salary:

$52k-$70k per year, part-time

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals

Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches

Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients

Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process

Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution

Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state

Two (2) years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals

Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders
