Manage User Service Requests and Incidents assigned to the team
Manage Work Orders assigned to the team
Provide support to VIP's and Trading Room
Provide support for Video Conference in the meeting rooms
Configure, install and support PC hardware (desktop, Thin Client, laptop, mobile)
Hardware management: terminate, dispose of and relocate assets in line with internal policies
Manage user equipment moves (IT Equipment and LAN connectivity) and update PC hardware inventory tool
Support of Canon & HP printers; monitoring and coordination of external support intervention
Manage repair’s activities in relation with external suppliers (Swisscom, Dell, Canon, HP)
Track software’s assets and ensure full compliance licensing
