We are searching for a dynamic and visionary Commercial Director to drive the business to new heights.

As the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring profitability, and fostering growth in a rapidly evolving market, offering the opportunity to spearhead transformative projects that will shape the energy landscape of tomorrow.

The role will involve leading the development of commercial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth.

You will actively be involved in cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including government entities, suppliers, and customers, to enhance the company's market position and expand its presence.

The position will oversee the financial performance of commercial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization, to maximize profitability and ensure fiscal responsibility as well as driving negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements, leveraging expertise to secure favourable terms and mitigating risks while fostering long-term partnerships.

Furthermore, you will be involved in conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making, as well as leading talented team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to achieve collective goals and drive continuous improvement.

To be considered, you must have extensive experience within the energy sector and a proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.

You will have extensive experience in developing and executing commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, and delivering results in a dynamic and competitive market environment and strong financial acumen.

Exceptional negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential as is the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and drive organizational change.
