They are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their dynamic team and lead their finance department.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports and tax filings.

Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, including investment decisions, capital allocation, and risk management.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the manufacturing industry, with a track record of success in financial management and leadership.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices, with the ability to interpret and apply complex financial data.

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify trends, analyze risks, and develop actionable insights to drive business performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling preferred.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred but not required.
