As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's talent strategy and ensuring that their compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that attracts and retains top talent, ensures internal equity, and supports business goals and objectives.

Benefits Management: Oversee the design, administration, and communication of the employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and more, to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.

Job Evaluation and Grading: Lead job evaluation and grading processes to ensure that job roles are appropriately classified and compensated based on their level of responsibility, skills, and experience.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards and trends.

Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry, with a strong understanding of best practices and market trends.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence.
