As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be at the forefront of digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth.

Online Advertising: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of online advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, display networks, and affiliate marketing platforms.

Content Marketing: Lead content development initiatives to create engaging and relevant content for the target audience, including website content, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more, to drive brand engagement and customer loyalty.

Social Media Management: Manage the social media presence and strategy, including content creation, community management, influencer partnerships, and social advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and ROI.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector, with a strong track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through digital channels.

Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), content management systems, and analytics tools.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve ambitious goals and drive organizational success.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively, and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
