The details:

Dynamic patient caseload at the Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Outpatient Clinics consist primarily of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Be a part of this team of clinicians with an excellent reputation for niche programming and service to its patients.

The requirements:

Degree from a CAPTE accredited school

Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland

Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association

One (1) year of outpatient experience preferred but would also consider New Graduates with strong orthopedic clinicals

One (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience or strong orthopedic clinicals

Dry Needling experience preferred or we can assist in this certification

Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication

Focuses on the patient and provides the best customer service experience

The responsibilities:

Deliver quality outcomes driven physical therapy services

Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)

Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.

Conduct patient and family education

Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
