Great Work EnvironmentWe are seeking an energetic and certified Montessori Certified Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of 18 month - 2.6 year students through our 12 month school year, and designing instruction based on Montessori Philosophy to meet students needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging and beautiful Montessori classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Follow the Montessori Philosophy and curriculum

Assist children with developing social and emotional skills and following the Montessori Peace Philosophy

Communicate with parents and other school personnel daily

Assess students skills and performance to ensure they are meeting their needs and interestsQualifications:

Montessori Toddler Certification is a MUST.

Strong understanding of Montessori child development principles and excellent classroom management

Knowledge of school and classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
