We are currently seeking a Business Development Operations Consultant for our client in the Consulting domain. Duration: 5+ Months Contract

Location: Hybrid in Reston, VA (3 days)

Role: Business Development Operations Consultant

Primary Skills: Security Analysis

Role Description: As a Business Development Operations Consultant, you must have at least 5+ years of experience. In this role as a Personnel Security Officer (PSO), you will assist with management and administration of client contracts and assist with updating and maintaining the company’s various systems of record.

You must be a meticulously organized self-starter, have experience performing PSO functions for client and IC programs, and be able to prioritize and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage program security to ensure seamless contract delivery and while complying with various government, customer, and company standards.

- Directly communicate with government customers, program delivery managers, and the larger industrial security team, and compile and provide metrics regarding the status and progress of contract personnel, systems, execution, and support.

- Provide support to Personnel Security and facility-related functions, interacting with SIMS and Access Commander, maintaining and updating personnel and contract records, assisting with facility support actions, and performing other related tasks as assigned.

- Assist the industrial security team in maintaining compliance and maximizing efficiency within the contract and personnel security vertical and provide support using existing systems, processes, and procedures.

Preferred:

- Government experience

- Experience with CPSO functions, to include personnel additions, changes, and terminations relating to government contract support

- Working knowledge of DISS and NBIS

- Experience with administration of security education programs

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
