Responsibilities:
The RF Engineer will employ a multi-discipline approach to validate technical performance of RF systems. They will support test and evaluation activities, and ensure successful integration of systems within the client’s operational environment. This position also requires strong professional and team environment skills.
RF characterization testing of RF systems
Analyze and assess various RF system’s performance
Develop test cases and test plans.
Maintain RF test bed
Develop final reports documenting tests and conclusions derived from results
Evaluating Technical designs and system test plans.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Strong understanding of RF systems and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the development and testing of RF systems
Experienced testing, analyzing, evaluating, and documenting RF systems performance
Experience creating and maintaining RF Link budgets
Knowledge/Experience related to RF signal analysis
Experience with Digital Signal Processors
Experience with signal modeling and characterization
Experience in RF environmental awareness and spectrum management
Experience performing RF data analysis to understand and analyze RF environments based on collected data, and effectively communicating conclusions
Be a self-starter with leadership capabilities and execution of roles and responsibilities with little to no supervision
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in an engineering, science, or technical discipline and 15+ years of experience.
Experience with scripting languages (MATLAB and Python).
Experience with industry-standard RF testing tools

Target Salary Range:
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
