The Finance Business Partner position is an essential part of our Finance team’s success and the continued growth of our business. The role requires strong organizational skills and being extremely detail-oriented while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years of independent work experience in a similar position and is willing to lead the effort on the frontend;

Ability to think analytically and a logical and systematic approach to problem-solving;

Is passionate about the development of internal procedures;

Is solution-oriented, result-driven, proactive, and flexible;

Has organizational skills, prioritization skills, and the ability to manage operational processes and make decisions, while maintaining extreme attention to detail;

Has a strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, work independently, motivated by own drive and enthusiasm, has demonstrated the ability to work well in a team;

Has analytical skills, the ability to leverage data to pursue creative solutions;

Has strong communication skills; fluent in the English language, able to influence and develop strong relationships, and the ability to create professional messages and reports;

Proactive, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment;

Priority setting, time management, and problem-solving skills;

Working with BIG4 is a plus.

What you'll be doing?

Monitoring legal regulations and ensuring the functioning of work in accordance with legal regulations;

Responsibility for developing and overseeing control systems designed to trace and manage designated part of company business;

Responsibility for directing and coordinating budget planning, management, and control functions;

Directing and coordinating functions for business plan development as well as for project profitability analysis;

Directing and coordinating functions for analyzing business results and operating costs as well as defining measures for cost rationalization;

Coordination of the implementation of new reporting systems;

Coordination of cost analysis and financial analysis;

Development and establishment of internal procedures as well as ensuring the functioning of work in accordance with internal procedures;

Preparation, analysis, and control of reports;

Other tasks are ordered by the immediate supervisor.
