Job Description:

We are currently seeking a fun and creative Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in the Grove City, OH area in an Assisted Living (AL) environment.

The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based. Flexible scheduling while maintaining full-time status. This position is per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.
