Program guidelines, reviewing & deliver guidelines documents so Report reviewing exp is good

100% remote no need to be onsite; 1ce a quarter may ask to be onsite but open for any location.

Inspection, site visit, NJ clean energy, Energy CT program, Incentive Implementation program program experience would like to see.
