Responsibilities:

Define a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our business objectives, focusing on sustainability initiatives and leveraging Cloud and AI technologies.

Develop a roadmap for implementing the data strategy, ensuring alignment with global business strategy and priorities.

Design cutting-edge analytics tools to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, with a focus on sustainability and product innovation.

Lead and coordinate multinational teams of data professionals, fostering collaboration and driving towards common goals.

Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement in data architecture, modeling, warehousing, and management.

Requirements:

10+ years of professional experience in data-related roles, ideally starting as a Data Engineer or Software Developer.

Expertise in Data Architecture, Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Data Management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions.

Strong understanding of Cloud and AI technologies, with experience leveraging them to drive business value.

Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multinational teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data strategies and initiatives.
