Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Customize and extend standard Power Apps templates to meet specific business needs.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft products and third-party applications as required.

Develop and maintain data models, entities, and relationships within the Power Apps environment.

Implement security controls and data governance policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps/Power Platform development.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.

Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and Azure Active Directory.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer) preferred.

Experience working with SharePoint Online and Office 365 is a plus.
