Due to a significant increase in customer volume, the Service Department at Safford Brown Mazda Fairfax is growing and in need of 2 additional Automotive Service Advisors!

We have a track record of success training people with restaurant, bar, hotel, or retail hospitality experience for this role. Bring a great attitude and a genuine desire to help customers and we will train the rest!

As a Service Consultant, you will be checking our service customers in for their visit, confirming services requested, and following up on the progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers promptly

Obtain customer and vehicle information

Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

Establish follow up time

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently

Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:
