Duties:

Perform hair styling services such as cutting and styling to meet clients' needs and preferences

Provide expert barbering services including precise beard trims and grooming

Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques to ensure clients receive the most current styles

Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and providing personalized recommendations

Utilize retail skills to effectively upsell salon products and additional services, enhancing the overall client experience

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment to uphold our salon's standards of excellence

Experience:

Proven experience as a hairstylist/barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry

Proficiency in retail sales techniques, with a strong understanding of upselling strategies to promote salon products and services

Advanced skills in hair styling, with in-depth knowledge of various techniques, cuts, and trends

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
