Job Overview: Pender Pet Retreat is seeking a friendly and organized Pender Pack Client Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for pet parents dropping off and picking up their furry friends, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience within the Pender Pack. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and our Pender Pack staff.

Responsibilities:

Welcome pet parents with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.

Provide detailed information about Pender Pack services, rates, and any ongoing promotions.

Handle Pender Pack reservations through various channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Maintain a well-organized scheduling system to optimize the daily flow of canine guests.

Facilitate effective communication between pet parents and Pender Pack staff.

Relay important information about individual dogs, including dietary restrictions and special care instructions.

Collaborate with Pender Pack staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all dogs.

Address and relay client inquiries promptly regarding their dog's well-being and activities.

Maintain accurate client files, including contact information and special requests.

Process payments efficiently and handle any billing inquiries.

Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming.

Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment in the reception and waiting areas.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a pet care or hospitality setting.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Comfortable using reservation management systems and basic office software.

Genuine love for dogs and a basic understanding of their needs.
