Position Description:

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) specializing in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) implementations, you will guide our clients through the integration and operational deployment of SASE solutions. Your role is to act as a strategic advisor, ensuring that SASE implementations are perfectly aligned with each client's unique business and security needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives and technical requirements to ensure that SASE solutions are effectively tailored.

Manage the end-to-end SASE implementation process, from initial design to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing continuous technical guidance and support throughout the SASE adoption lifecycle.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams within LCG to ensure that client requirements are met with timely and accurate delivery of services.

Develop and deliver tailored training and documentation to enable clients to become self-sufficient in the operation and management of SASE technologies.

Monitor and report on the health and status of client deployments, proactively addressing any issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong technical background, including familiarity with networking, cybersecurity tools.

Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and delivering client-focused solutions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.

Prior experience supporting SASE solutions such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, Netskope.

Proven ability to navigate and work effectively within Federal IT Organizations, ensuring alignment and compliance with broader organizational objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,00 to $200,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
