We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Human Resource Business Partner for a well-reputed FMCG company in Colombo. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will serve as a trusted advisor to departmental leaders, providing strategic guidance and support on various HR matters. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach to develop and implement HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with departmental leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.

Provide strategic guidance and support on a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and belonging.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies, programs, and processes that support the company's culture and values.

Conduct thorough analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.

Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Lead and support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and driving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
