Position Goal:

Represent the team to clients by demonstrating highly skilled communication and market knowledge to assist the Buyer's Agent in identifying and showing suitable homes. Develop a robust understanding of the market and community relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in lead generation and maintain strong relationships within the real estate community.

Show homes to buyers and provide detailed feedback to refine their searches.

Perform comprehensive market analyses and understand property values through Comparative Market Analyses.

Attend regular team meetings every Monday and sales meetings on Thursdays to stay aligned with team objectives and market trends.

Participate in community events to enhance the team’s database and business generation.

Production Expectations:

Efficiently balance lead generation between personal initiatives and team-provided leads.

Utilize team scripts effectively during client interactions and property showings.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Virginia real estate license; additional licensure in DC and Maryland is preferred.

Strong understanding of the Multiple Listing Service and neighborhood offerings in target areas.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
