HVAC COUNTER SALES / WAREHOUSE

Job Description

Jackson Supply Company is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. We currently have locations throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Texas. We are currently seeking to fill a Counter Sales / Warehouse Position in Tupelo, MS.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a “floater” position in which multi-tasking is a must. The counter sales position is responsible for processing sales and responding to customer inquiries by way of counter and telephone while operating in a team-oriented environment. Also responsible for assessing customer needs and providing solutions, addressing and resolving problems, supporting outside sales, maintaining good vendor relations, and warranty administration. In addition, this position also requires general warehouse duties including shipping and receiving and general warehouse duties including operating a forklift.

DUTIES

Delivering exceptional customer service

Conducting equipment and parts sales

Assisting with inventory control

Assisting with warehouse duties

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must have good customer service skills

Must have good written and oral communication skills

Must be computer literate

Must have good math skills

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass drug screen and physical exam
