Lawyers On Demand, a Consilio company, is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate for a contract to hire position in Bethesda, MD. Details:

On-site, 5 days/week in office preferred - Hybrid options possible after integration

Start ASAP following interview with the firm

Must be DC, MD or NY barred

Hourly pay rate will depend on directly relevant experience: $35/hour - $45/hour

Parking reimbursed (not near metro)

Must have 4+ years’ mid-level Associate litigation experience

AmLaw100 or AmLaw50 associates preferred

Must be a quick learner requiring very little training

Must be a highly motivated individual seeking a permanent Associate position

Contract to Hire for the right candidate

If hired perm as Associate, excellent salary and generous bonus

The Opportunity:

This is a successful, busy mid-size law firm with fast-paced and growing sophisticated commercial business litigation practice

Work on: White Collar Crime, Bankruptcy, Employment, Forfeiture, other areas

Prepare for/ take depositions, write briefs, deep involvement in cases, draft discovery responses, pleadings, legal research, write memos, prepare for trials/hearings, work directly with clients.
