Proficient knowledge of data and analytics concepts, including a solid understanding of the principles underpinning data platforms, tools, and solutions.

Experience in developing or managing internal data and analytics solutions, with a minimum of 2 years as a product manager, or extensive experience as a lead data engineer or a technical business stakeholder significantly involved in the development of such solutions.

Proficient data handling and analytical skills to efficiently drive product lifecycle management.

Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills, facilitating effective interactions and consensus among diverse teams, ensuring clear direction and teamwork across all lifecycle phases.

Experienced in agile solution and software development practices, enhancing team efficiency and product adaptability through flexible planning and continuous improvement.

Advanced communication skills, with the capability to clearly and accurately explain complex technical and business concepts in English.
