Measures of success:

Excellence outlet execution in order to drive sustainable channel growth by implementing assigned programs effectively in the market.

Driving output/volume target as being assigned.

Driving digital (B2B…) performance in assigned area with close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Purpose of the job:

Ensuring optimal individual performance in assigned area through excellence execution and continuous personal development.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure successful achievement of sales targets in targeted outlets

Ensure the correct sales execution as per guidelines for each assigned outlets

Track own performance indicators (including completion of basic job responsibilities and input/output KPIs)

Be the reliable point of contact with outlets owners. Include investigating, resolving, tracking customer issues and timely follow-up actions

Timely feedback/Escalate to sales supervisor on the issues identified in the assigned area to improve service at the outlet level

Key Knowledge and Experience:

(Optional) Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales.

1+ years in consumer goods industry

1+ years in sales/marketing in sales executions
