CloudShape is experiencing rapid growth within our Systems Solutions Portfolio. We are currently seeking a talented Firewall Security Engineer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for working with our Systems Security team to remediate vulnerabilities. The new team member will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security. The Firewall Security Engineer will be generating POAM’s to identify existing risks, ongoing monitoring, corrective actions, and dispositions. This person will be utilizing Cisco ISE and configuring Palo Alto Firewalls.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of eight (8) years of applicable IT experience is required for this position. A bachelor’s degree may be used to supplement some years of experience.

Experience with the following: Firewalls, Proxy, Switches & Routers (Palo Alto)

A minimum of 4 years of experience with Cisco ISE, Security device management and Traffic and log analysis.

Experience with supporting the preparation of Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM) development.

An ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively will be required for this role.

An active Secret Clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications:

A relevant certification such as PCNSA, PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP Security is desired.

Experience in Tenable products is preferred.

Familiarity with White Hat or Kali Linux is preferred but not required. To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position on an active contract. This position is contingent upon government approval of a candidate and verification of their security clearance prior to starting with CloudShape.
