We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Workshop for our Distribution Business in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- - Serve as the first point of contact with internal and external customers.

- - Assesses customer needs and gathers relevant information.

- - Create basic work orders in the corresponding systems.

- - Provide status updates to customers when they request them.

- - Service and Warranty Documentation

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- - Professional in Business Administration or similar

- - 1+ years of experience in similar positions in Service Workshops

- - Experience and Orientation to Customer Service

- - Multitasking management

- - Problem solving and attention to detail

- - Technical English Level
